Şehrin romatoloji merkezlerini bir araya getiren bölgesel bilimsel dernek.
The Ankara Rheumatology Association was founded by rheumatology specialists working in Ankara. Its purpose is to follow scientific developments in the diagnosis and treatment of rheumatic diseases, to share that knowledge with colleagues and health professionals, to support the training of young physicians in the field, and to inform the public from reliable sources.
To hold regular scientific meetings in and around Ankara.
To support the training of rheumatology fellows.
To share current diagnosis and treatment guidelines with colleagues and build a Turkish-language resource.
To prepare reliable information materials for patients and their relatives.
To cooperate with national and international rheumatology societies.
To encourage scientific research in the field.
Scientific meetings — the annual main meeting, workshops, monthly case meetings.
Education — courses, webinars and mentoring for fellows.
Patient information — disease and treatment guides, daily-life advice.
Collaborations — joint work with TRD and other scientific societies.
